Returns & Refunds
Customers who wish to return faulty or damaged goods must telephone S&R Tradelink Ltd. (01792 812906) to obtain an Official Goods Return Form. Errors and shortages must be notified within 3 days of receipt
Customers have the right to cancel any orders they have made withing 48 hours of placement
Returns
Please check goods immediately as returns will not be accepted for credit unless notified within 14 days of receipt.Items returned without a returns form will not be accepted for credit. All items are to be returned at customers cost and risk. All goods remain the property of S&R Tradelink Ltd., who retain legal title of the goods until paid for in full.
Full refunds are offered to customers if we are notified within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel or return. The Customer also has another 14 days to return the goods once S&R tradelink has been notified. All products must be returned in original undamaged packaging otherwise you will not be eligible for a credit.
